It's very simple. You remove the cap, twist open the stick, and apply the balm generously to your sensitive skin.

Our anti-chafing stick has a shelf life of at least 30 months when unopened. Once opened, you can safely use the stick for 12 months.

For shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.50.
We now also ship to Switzerland. A flat rate of €18.00 applies for shipping to Switzerland. However, you will not be charged any additional costs such as VAT or customs duties, as these are included in the flat rate.
