If you have received your package but would like to return your SUMMERSAVER, please follow the steps below:- Make sure the product has not been opened and is unused.
- Pack it carefully, e.g. in the original shipping package.

As soon as we have received and checked your returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to you via your chosen payment method.
Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (company SUMMERSAVER GmbH Blankenburgerstraße 20, 37412 Herzberg am Harz, e-mail address: hello@summersaver.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such revocation. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (as well as additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to SUMMERSAVER GmbH Blankenburgerstraße 20, 37412 Herzberg am Harz, Germany, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract.The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery,
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,
In the case of a discount or rebate dependent on a minimum order value, the minimum order value in the case of a partial revocation shall be the total value of the goods that are not affected by the partial revocation. If the value of the goods falls below the minimum order value, the discount or rebate dependent thereon shall not apply.
In the case of a partial revocation, SUMMERSAVER GmbH can demand the subsequent payment of shipping costs (for the original shipment from SUMMERSAVER GmbH to the customer) from the customer, if the remaining order value after the revocation (original order value minus the order value concerning the revocation) falls below the respective shipping costs free limit and originally (at the time of the order) no shipping costs were charged.
